## **Cause**

You haven't yet defined Payment conditions under Finance in the setup of the linked Exact Online account. However, this is required.

## **Solution**

Go to your Exact Online administration settings at the top left, and go to the Finance tab. Under General > Payment condition (Sales), select a default payment condition:
