## Showing the availability of employees, furniture hoists and removal vans in the planning

## Showing back-office employees in the planning

With this option, you can ensure that back-office employees are not shown in the planning. This means that if an employee only does office work, they will not accidentally be scheduled.

Note: an employee with only the 'Warehouse employee' skill is not shown in the planning by default.

## Automatic travel time

If you do not want to use the automatic calculation of travel time, you can switch it off here.

## Showing files in the app

With this option, you can set whether or not standard files are shared in the app.
