When you create an invoice in Bas, it is automatically forwarded to Exact Online. Exact processes this invoice in the accounting system, including all relevant details such as customer data, VAT, and the amount due.

You no longer need to export invoices separately or enter them manually - everything is processed directly and correctly. This ensures error-free and fast invoicing.

Payments in Exact automatically processed by Bas.

Once a customer pays, Exact Online automatically recognises the payment and links it to the correct outstanding invoice.

This payment status is then immediately fed back to Bas, so you always have an up-to-date overview there.
