In addition to the appointments scheduled via jobs (delivering boxes, moving, etc.), you can also schedule a standalone appointment. Standalone appointments to schedule a one-off transport, for example, or for when you lend employees to a fellow company.
Creating a standalone appointment
In the planning, click the time the standalone appointment should start, and then drag downwards. A form will appear in which you can schedule the appointment.
