Customer portal

A customer portal for your business customers

The Bas customer portal is a space of their own for the business customers of your removals or storage firm. They log in, see what they have stored with you, book a delivery or collection and follow their transports. You decide per customer company what they have access to.

Where is that cabinet right now?
Your customer looks it up themselves, at any time of day.

Storage in the customer portal: items with photo, code and description

Their storage, with photos

Your customer sees per item what is in stock right now, what is on its way and what is already scheduled. With photos, so it is clear which chair or which archive box it is.

Delivery or collection, as easy as a web shop

Your customer puts items in a basket and chooses: deliver or collect. Then they fill in the address, the date and a contact person.

The stock is reserved straight away, so nobody orders more than there is. The request lands with your planner.

The log and the proof of delivery of a package in the customer portal

Every transport to follow, package by package

Under My transport your customer sees their shipments in three columns: receipt, warehouse and shipment. Each package has its log, and after delivery the proof of delivery with signature, photos and the name of who signed.

Something to move that is not in storage with you? Then your customer books a transport themselves.

Invite by email

You invite the people of a customer company from Bas. They create their own account.

You decide the access

Per customer company you switch on what they may do: transport, storage, ordering from stock and invoices.

Secure sign-in

Users can switch on two-factor authentication or sign in with a passkey.

Invoices in the customer portal with amount, status and download

Invoices always to hand

Your customer sees their invoices with the status and downloads them as a PDF. No more emails asking for a copy.

What you record, your customer sees

The customer portal reads from the same projects as your storage and transport. What your warehouse staff scan and what your driver delivers shows in the portal straight away. Nothing to retype or forward.

The questions moving companies ask us most often, with a short answer.

That depends on what you switch on for that customer company: follow transports per package with the proof of delivery, see their own storage with photos, have items delivered or collected, book a new transport and download invoices. Read more in A customer portal for your business storage clients.
