As soon as a planner is scheduling a move via storage, the following things happen when it is recorded. If the package is set up for invoicing at two moments (loading and unloading), you have very likely chosen a partial payment of the move (e.g. at 50%). Now there's a pitfall in scheduling the move. If you choose load into storage as the appointment type, regardless of whether you've linked storage to the job, the invoicing will follow the percentage. If the planner chooses move and links storage to the job, the customer will again receive an invoice for 50%. But if the planner chooses a move and doesn't link storage to the customer, the customer will be presented with an invoice for the full amount.
