Case file management

About the case file

The case file is central to Bas. Every step of the move is managed through the case file. As the job moves from stage to stage, the case file changes along with it - and so do the options available to you per case file.

For example, you can only schedule a job once the quote stage has been completed. For a private customer, this can happen once the customer has accepted the quote; for a business customer, you'll skip the quote stage because you work on the basis of a framework agreement.

What you're going to do

You're going to enter a number of jobs that you've previously carried out for customers. In doing so, make sure you use the following features:

  • Create a job

  • Keep track of job statuses, such as cancellations, etc.

  • Link emails to a job

  • Upload documents to a job

  • Profit and loss

  • Add/check materials on a job

  • Add storage to a job
    Add communication to a job

  • Create/edit job notes
