Working with the CLA
With Bas, you can easily have the allowances and reimbursements for your employees calculated. You follow this process:
recording hours
the employee records their own worked hours and breaks using the app, and the back office checks these hours and supplements them if necessary
approving hours
once the recorded hours are complete, they need to be approved by the back office so they can be processed
calculating allowances and reimbursements
under HR > CLA allowances and reimbursements you'll find all allowances and reimbursements; these are calculated based on the configured rules
Once you've followed this process, you can export hours, allowances and reimbursements. You do this using the export button on the right-hand side of the CLA allowances and reimbursements screen.
You can import this data into your payroll package, or transfer the data across manually.
Set your own rules
With Bas, you can set your own rules. You can configure all the rules according to the CLA, but you can also incorporate your own approach to the CLA into the rules.
For example, you could link a coffee allowance to employees who typically carry out field work, or link it to the type of hours worked by employees.
Or you could calculate overtime per day, which differs from the standard CLA rules.
You can also create rules for specific employees, for instance if they're entitled to specific reimbursements based on previous agreements.
