What changes for the employee?

In the app, appointments are shown in a clearer way. The employee sees the team, the travel times and the appointments. It has now become a proper daily schedule.
An employee or foreman can click on the appointment to see the appointment details; this has not changed.
When does the employee see their schedule?
This works the same as before. The planning is shared with the employee at the moment you have set in the settings. You decide for yourself how many days in advance and at what time the planning becomes visible in the app.
The important difference lies in how changes work. In the new planning, you no longer need to save anything: your changes are saved automatically while you work. So there is no longer a Save button.
But: a change is not immediately visible to the employee. The employee only sees a change after you click Publish day. This way, you can keep shifting things around and planning without the employee's app constantly changing.
Changes only become visible after Publish day
Everything you change in the planning initially stays with you alone. Unpublished changes are not visible in the employee app. The employee's app continues to show the last published version.
Only when you click Publish day is the employee's app updated to the new planning. Not finished planning yet? Then simply do not publish yet, and the employee will not see any of your work in progress.
Emails to customers
As the planner, you decide when publishing which emails are sent to customers. This has no effect on what the employee sees in the app. The employee always sees the most recent planning once it has been published.
Completing per crew
In the employee app, the actions start, work, complete and sign now happen per crew instead of for the entire appointment.
A foreman only completes his own crew. The other crews simply continue.
The time bar shows the actual times per crew: when that crew started and when it finished.
This is especially useful for an appointment on which several crews or teams are working. Each crew keeps track of its own progress and its own times, without waiting for the other crews.
